Founded in 2003 by Alex Balsam, Balsam Farms is located on the South Fork of the East End of Long Island. We started farming with ten rented acres, one tractor, and a small roadside farm stand. We’ve learned and grown a lot since then, and today we farm several fields between the villages of Amagansett and Sagaponack.

With four decades of culinary experience, Chef-OwnerJon Albrecht launched Elite Events Catering Company. Jon is meticulous and passionate about creating Micheln-level fine dining experiences. He uses only thebest ingredients from local farms & fishermen.

Kyle Lee is the fisherman & owner of Alaskan Salmon Company. They catch only the best, portion & ship directly to us, only a couple days out of the water. Kyle’s Wild Caught Salmon, Black Cod, King Crab (& more) are of the highest quality we have ever seen. A product we are truly proud to carry for our customers.
